The shorter 5-minute workouts are perfect for a quick stretch after a longer workout or just to squeeze in as a stand-alone during the day or before a busy morning to feel more awake and refreshed helping you to 'move through your day with less pain and more energy'.

MY EXPERIENCE
Andrea's sweet and friendly personality puts you right at ease as well as the peaceful setting in a living room with a comfy white couch, chair with a soft fuzzy throw and a beautiful city window view.
I love that several of the stretch routines are done mainly in a seated position, especially for those 'low energy' days when you only want to sit. This, and a short time commitment, makes it easy to add stretching to your daily routine.

Andrea also provides good verbal and visual guidance, and demonstrates each move in detail. These sessions help you to feel and move better with total-body stretches.
These routines have been a 'godsend' for those days after a more heavy workout to ease stiffness and muscle soreness and bring back flexibility and mobility. They also help greatly to improve posture and (re-) alignment as well.
