Weights - For most DVD weight workouts, a small set of dumbbells would be suitable: 3 pairs of handheld weights; 2lb, 3lb and 5lb. with a convenient rack.
Exercise Mats - Roll up mats are great for portability and storage:
Release Rollers - These foam rollers are used for deep myofascial release.
Stability Ball - Also known as a Balance Ball or Exercise Ball. Available in small (55cm), medium (65cm), and large (75cm).
Stretch Bands - Exercise Bands in Light, Medium, and Heavy Resistance to custom-tailor your workout. For use with some Pilates and Cardio routines.
