Water-Rich Foods:
The Chart below shows the Top 10 Water-Rich Foods. These should be eaten fresh (or 'raw') for optimal water content.
I would also add to this list any other 'juicy' fruits and vegetables such as oranges, pineapple, cantaloupe, etc.
These are also the foods that bring the most oxygen into the cells, essential for cell respiration, nourishment, and cleansing.
