Many of the products listed below are made of natural, healthy ingredients. The NOW brand of Vegetable Glycerin lotion is even considered 'food-grade'.
Generally, if something is safe to ingest, it's also safe for applying to the skin.
* Glycerin - My very favorite moisturizer. It can be diluted with just a small amount of water, making a very light, hydrating lotion for the skin.
* Rosewater - The Heritage brand of Rosewater & Glycerin can also be used as a face and body spray for quick hydration on-the-go. Plain Rosewater is also very refreshing.
This makes hydrating so quick and easy! I usually just do a quick spritz in the morning, and then apply a moisturizer or sunscreen afterward.
Live-Live & Organic makes a very lightweight Natural Sunscreen that can be worn as a daytime moisturizer in Orange and Unscented.
