The Facial Workout DVD -
Facial muscles can be 'worked out' just like the other muscles of the body! The main difference being that, on the face, the muscles are attached directly to the skin.
This is great news because, with just a little diligence, you can begin to see results very quickly (which is what we want!). SEE BELOW FOR INFO ON FACE EXERCISE DVD's:

Several facial exercise workouts that I've tried, and that have been effective, are Facercise, Rawsome Flex, Facial Fitness, and The Facial Workout.
Each of these programs offer their own unique exercises, with some also including nutrition advice and facial massage techniques.
The Tal Reinhart Facial Workout is my favorite of these by far due to the fact that you can follow along very easily with the DVD presentation.
This DVD has an informative introduction for each part of the face to be exercised, and it also has the option of 2 different workouts.
The exercises themselves are easy to perform, but produce results rather quickly. You can also choose to work out just one part of the face at a time.
Facercise by Carole Maggio is well-written with easy-to-follow examples, and also includes many 'advanced' facial exercises.
Facial Fitness with Patricia Goroway includes a DVD with demonstration for each of the exercises, as well as instruction on facial massage.
Rawsome Flex by Tonya Zavasta contains recipes and nutrition advice in addition to instruction and depictions for each of the facial exercises.
