Fitness - Breathing
On this page are several DVD's, as well as a CD, by Jill Johnson, and her daughter Aubrey. I personally own, and do, each of the workouts listed here.
If you are looking to AVOID YOGA - and yogic breathing - then the Oxycise workouts are a perfect pick.
Most of the Oxycise workouts employ some light stretching and/or positioning, but most are very easy and do not require great effort.
There is also an audio CD of the Oxycise breathing workout for the car. This can also be done lying down on the bed or the floor.
The Oxycise Easy Does It routine is an even lighter version of the regular Oxycise.
There are also workouts that focus on specific areas of the body, such as the Buns & Thighs 15-minute workout.
