Us girls (and guys!) spend a lot of time and effort to 'tame' our hair.

I also spend a lot of time researching different types of hair care products that won't bother those with chemical- and fragrance-sensitivities (incl. myself).
I also spend a lot of time trying out different formulations to find ones that will not only be effective, but also help improve the condition of the hair.
My hair is very 'fine' (and not in a good way!), with 'dry' ends, so I always look for ways to cleanse and condition hair without weighing it down.

I'm in the process of trying to 'practice' at least some of what I 'preach' here.
I'm not in total 'perfect' health yet, but I've been attempting to work on it a little each day.

I want to give credit and gratitude for others who I have been learning from, and who have 'put themselves out there' as role models of healthy living and anti-aging - especially Tonya Zavasta and Mimi Kirk.
I thank them for the encouragement and example that they're willing to show others of not giving up, or giving in, to aging and sickness in order to help all of 'us' to try it, too - and most of all to show that it really can work.
I'm gonna' keep on trying! :)
