Undoubtedly, the current 'queen' of Walk-At-Home would be Leslie Sansone. And, rightly so - she makes getting fit fun and easy!
I've tried many of her workouts, and own several as well. One that I have and really enjoy is Walk the Walk.
This DVD has 2 Workouts - 1 and 2-Mile Walk. The 1-Mile walk moves at a slower pace, which is nice for when you don't want an intense workout.
3 Fast Miles has 3 workouts, and the 3-Mile really increases the speed of your walk to burn fat fast.
The 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk lets you choose how many miles. High energy music keeps your pace at 12 minutes for each of the 5 miles.
Start Walking At Home has a gently paced beginner 1-Mile walk, and an intermediate 2-Mile brisk walk.
With Leslie's Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection, you can choose from 4 separate workouts, ranging from 1 to 4 miles.
