Fitness - Weights
With most of the workouts here, you can choose which size of hand weights you want to use.
This makes it great for personalizing each routine to your needs, and to how you may feel on any given day:
Crunch Total Resculpt with Kendall Hogan includes both a lower body and upper body workout.
They can be done separately, or together as one session. Kendall's fun and humorous personality makes the workout enjoyable.

Total Body Workout with Denise Druce. While many of her DVD's aren't top production quality, this is one of the better ones and has a nice setting.
The Instant Makeover upper body workout section was particularly useful as it helped me to convalesce from an injury.
These exercises require only very light weights, but there are enough repetitions to get a good workout for the muscles in your arms.
Burn & Firm and Slim Physique by Karen Voight both have the same weighted workouts, just in a slightly different format.
There is a section for Lower Body toning, and sections for Upper Body floor and standing as well as a cool-down section.
