Through ideas such as 'old money aesthetic' we have come to appreciate the idea of a fashion-sense that is classic while also still being very much up-to-date. 

This type of 'timeless' fashion makes life a little easier also as there's really no need to keep changing your wardrobe to keep up with the ever-changing 'trends'.


Most of the trends that are out there today are not appropriate for most people anyway, and can be pretty gaudy as well - and even downright immodest.

It's almost always best to keep clothing conservative, modest and understated. We don't have to be 'slaves to fashion' to be fashionable and beautiful!



We should all be cultivating our own style and realize what looks best - and works best - for ourselves. Wear the clothing that you like most, and that says something about you and your tastes.

Particularly, don't wear anything that is complicated or outside of your own comfort zone. In a word - 'classy' is always appropriate. Many items of clothing can be comfortable and easy to wear while still looking very stylish.


In fact, when you're comfortable, it gives you a greater sense of ease and elegance. Lately, more dressy, and 'formal' attire has also made a nice come-back for those times when you might want a more elegant and feminine sense of 'dressiness'.
