Project You Type 2 is one of the first programs that I tried on the Beachbody App since I was already familiar with Kathy Smith workouts and have enjoyed them.
The program includes 8 separate workouts such as Power Push, Core Flex, Full Body Circuit and more (Long Lean Fat-Burning, Upper Body & Abs, Lower Body, Pilates & Foundation).

Additionally, there are 3 Program Materials that are available as a free pdf download on the BODi Beachbody On Demand website or can be ordered HERE.
They include an Informational Quick Start Guide, Nutrition Guide with Journal, Recipes and Menus, and a Fitness Guide with a Calendar and Checklist.
OPTIONAL 'GEAR' TO ENHANCE HER WORKOUTS
Optional equipment recommended for some of the workouts include: Light Dumbbells, Stability Ball and a Yoga Exercise Mat.
And some stretch fitted cropped workout tops or racerback tanks for comfort & ease of movement, as well as a pair of boot-cut yoga pants & cross-trainer workout shoes to wear to 'class'!
CONCLUSION:
I really liked this Workout Program. It had a lot of variety and different options. I also loved the set and the gorgeous view of the mountains in the background! Very nice quality and great well-rounded exercise for every part of the body.
