STRETCH & RECOVERY
Ho 'Ala Ke Kino is perfect on its own, or as a stretch session after a more rigorous workout to ease any tension or muscle soreness. Program is just 30min and requires only a Yoga Mat (optional).
This program was filmed at the beach on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai which makes for a very beautiful and relaxing setting.
