Each stretch session is only 5-10 minutes long which makes it a perfect add-on, and with 45 different stretches altogether there is a lot of variety for stretching all parts of the body.

These are very peaceful and relaxing with Autumn wearing nice comfortable workout attire - almost like p.j.'s - to make you feel ready for night-time and winding down your day.
The setting looks like a living- or family room with soft pillows and cushions and a comfy rug to further add to the feeling of relaxation and comfort. Highly recommend!!
GREAT AFTER A WORKOUT
The Controlled Stretch routines are meant to be used after each of Autumn Calabrese's Control Freak workouts, but can also be used separately and make a good way to start working out as a 'beginner'.
Stretch is also very important after a harder workout to prevent any muscle stiffness or soreness and cramping. These stretches will additionally help with mobility & flexibility, recovery and relaxation.
OPTIONAL 'GEAR' TO ENHANCE HER WORKOUTS
Optional equipment for these workouts include an 8" Core Ball, an Exercise Mat, and a Towel. The Control Freak workout additionally uses a door or wall-mount Resistance Track.
