CLAIRE'S 'DIOR' GOWN JACKET

In Season 2, Episode 2 of 'Outlander' Claire Fraser wears a strikingly beautiful 'Dior' Bar Suit style gown ensemble.
She wears this two-piece dress on one of her first days out on the town while she and Jamie are living in France.
This post focuses on the creamy ivory satin blazer that Claire wears as a topper for her outfit. Her jacket features long sleeves, button front, shawl collar lapels, fitted waist and a wide peplum hem.
The rest of her costume includes a full length blue-grey satin skirt, yellow gemstone teardrop earrings, ivory gloves, drawstring pouch handbag, straw raffia hat and black leather pump style shoes.
The jackets shown below also feature many of the same details as Claire's topper such as long peplum style hem, button front, long sleeves, and V-neck lapel collar.
