In Season 1, Episode 1 of 'Outlander' Claire Beauchamp Randall (Fraser) re-visits the standing stones at Craigh Na Dun to look for the forget-me-not flowersthat she had seen the day before.
These beautiful small blue flowers with the 'haunting' name almost seem to be a message to Claire from beyond time to remember her love from the past who is now so near to her just through the stones.
The pieces of jewelry shown below feature dried blue forget me not flowers and serve as a beautiful treasured keepsake and meaningful symbol of heartfelt remembrance.
The heart necklace shows these flowers preserved forever in acrylic resin. There is also a round necklace and teardrop pendant necklace both with silver bezel and smooth leather cord with lobster claw closure.
The adjustable knotted bracelet features three forget me not flowers on a brown braided leather cord. The lovely teardrop earrings have bezel and fishhook ear-wire back in Sterling Silver, or gold over Sterling.
There is also an antique baroque style locket necklace on 21" silver chain with a vintage period look. Another beautiful oval locket pendant (not pictured) also has a lovely vintage look and features a 27" bronze chain.
A gorgeous pearl and hand patina bronze twig necklace by designer Michael Michaud makes an especially nice gift for a very special occasion with jewelry pouch and giftbox.
The silver magnifying glass necklace featuring forget me not flowers on the upper edge of the bezel also comes with a gift box and note with a special message that reads:
"I will stand by forever with you, and praying with silent eyes for you..."
This beautiful sentiment speaks to the relationship that Claire and Jamie shared together, never forgetting each other throughout all of time even when apart...
'Though his eyesight had faded, his memory of her had not.'
