BLACK POISON NECKLACE
In Season 2 Episode 7 of 'Outlander' Claire visits Versailles Palace to ask a favor of the King. For this occasion she wears a beautiful floor length French teal green gown of floral brocade satin.
Claire also wears the Poison Detection Pendant that she was given by Master Raymond at his Apothecary Shoppe and, during an event while at the palace, her usually white pendant turns black.
The dark color of her now Black Pendant indicates that the ornate chalice cup footed drinking bowl she holds in her hands contains poison, spelling doom for the person who drinks of it. ornate
