In Season 4, Episode 2 of 'Outlander' Claire Fraser wears a red dress with ruffled ivory white lace trim at the collar and cuff of the 3/4 length sleeves.
Claire is seen wearing this gown on the porch at the plantation house of Jamie's Aunt Jacosta at her River Run home.
Below are shown several gowns in a similar color and 'early Colonial' style with laced fitted bodice and full floor length skirts. Some also feature lace trim at the sleeves, neck and bodice.
