CLAIRE'S BEST GOWNS I

This post features some of Claire Fraser's best and most authentic 'Outlander' fashion outfits, dresses and gowns as well as jewelry, shoes, hats, and other accessories. (See the full List on our site for more).
If you're looking for an Outlander-themed costume this year for 'Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser', there are several very affordable high-quality reproduction replica gowns available to choose from.
Featured are outfits from the first 2 seasons. Included first is the 1940's style keyhole white shift dress with 'skinny belt' that Claire wears to the standing stones at Craigh Na Dun from Season 1.
Pictured next are two ready-made Scottish tartan plaid gowns like the one Claire first wears at Castle Leoch in 18th century Scotland. There are also two grey embroidered dresses very similar to Claire's wedding gown.

Claire wears the eggplant purple two-piece suit gown shown on a couple of occasions; once with blue accessories; and another time with black scarf and hat. This skirts for this suit can be made fuller with a pannier slip or petticoat..
The teal gown with black lace inset is like the one Claire wears on a visit to the home of her friend Louise as well as to the ill-fated duel. Next to this is a black mourning dress with white inset and cuffs like the one worn to Faith's gravesite.
