Spectrum Sesame Oil:
This oil has a yummy, neutral flavor that is good in so many dishes.
Goes well with either sweet or savory. I use it mostly as-is, but it's also good for cooking.
Rinse the mouth with approximately one tablespoon of oil for 15–20 minutes. (Swish the oil all around in mouth and over teeth.)
Do this on an empty stomach before eating/drinking then spit it out and wash the teeth, gums, tongue (softly) and palate thoroughly.
(Water rinse, then brush as usual) Cold pressed oil is said to be critical for effectiveness. Reduces plaque, bacteria and toxins.
