I saw this ring recently, and it immediately struck me as an almost perfect representation of the 'Flat Earth'.
There is the center disc, or 'circle of the earth' as mentioned in Isaiah 40:22 surrounded by an 'ice ring' around the outer edge.
The earth, in this case, is represented by a round opal and the 'ice ring' is a circular halo of small diamonds.
The wall of ice is the boundary that God decreed in which the oceans would be held, Job 38:11 - "...and here shall thy proud waves be stayed."
