This recipe is so easy and delicious - and a great way to use up any left-over rice you may have.
Ingredients:
Rice (White, Brown, Wild, Etc.)
Lettuce or other Salad Greens
Tuna - 1 or 2 Cans
Dressing - Italian or Vinaigrette
That's it! Just 'Toss' & Serve.
You may also use any add-ins such as:
Tomato
Avocado
Olives
Carrots
Chick Peas
A nice healthy, easy meal - Bon Appétit!
