I believe that you should eat what feels right for you, and that your food intake should vary with your different levels of activity.
Each of us have different nutritional N.E.E.D.S. throughout life, and even from day-to-day, and that even this varies with the seasons.
To say that one type of food is right for each and every person all of the time just wouldn't be reasonable or even practical.
